The Biden administration is forcing out the career law enforcement official overseeing the U.S. Border Patrol and will temporarily replace him with the second in command, the Washington Examiner has learned.

Americans are being added to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)’s “prohibited” list without due process.

According to John Crump of AmmoLand, the unthinkable is already taking place based on leaked documents the pro-Second Amendment website received. The document AmmoLand received is titled, “Guidance for Requesting a Submission of the NICS Indices Unlawful User/Addicted of a Controlled Substance Files.”

I was at the Led Zeppelin Concert in Tampa 1977.
It was cancelled due to a Management sponsored riot.

I met a girl there.
Got her data.

Later, I thumbed it to her from Orlando to Miami.
Took 2 days.
On night 1, after Midnight, 2 undercover cops rolled up and took me 50 miles doing 70 over the white line in short time.
They gave me cigarettes.
I was not a smoker until then.

Despite only being seen by roughly 250 followers (and disappearing within a day), Levy was suspended from the junior varsity team for one year after coaches were alerted to the post. American Civil Liberties Union lawyers argued the punishment violated Levy's First Amendment rights, while the school district argued responding to off-campus, school-related speech was necessary. The decision came with a caveat—the court concluded schools have a compelling interest to regulate speech such as bullying and threats.

Separately, the court ruled 6-3 against a 1975 California law that had allowed union organizers access to private farms to meet with employees.
