Broken bodies are another fallout from Biden’s open border policy

On Friday, Kamala Harris went to a border town in Texas as far removed from Biden’s open border as she possibly could. El Paso is quite far north and, since it’s insulated from the hundreds of thousands of people pouring into Texas, the Democrats there still support the administration.

However, in one hospital in El Paso, things aren’t so rosy. Even in El Paso, there are enough illegal aliens falling over the wall that dozens of them arrive in the hospital with badly broken bodies (and we pay for their care and repair).

Gavin Newsom was caught off-guard by a homeless man and you won’t believe what happened next

Democrat-controlled regions of the country are anything but Utopias.

As a leading Blue State, California has been devolving into a crime-ridden cesspool over the past couple of years and Governor Gavin Newsom getting the blame for a lot of the state’s struggles.

California has been going downhill fast during Gavin Newsom’s tenure.

From massive blackouts to crippling taxes, there’s a mass exodus of the state’s affluent population, abandoning cities like San Francisco and L.A. for more conservative areas of the country like Texas.

Nowhere are California’s problems seen as clearly as in the Golden State’s severe homelessness problem, with cities like L.A. and San Francisco facing the brunt of the issue.

The state has the most people living on the streets in the country.

It’s common to walk down any given block in San Francisco and find drug addicts’ discarded needles, used condoms, and human feces littering the sidewalk.

And as a result, crime and mental health problems are on the rise in the state.

Unsurprisingly, Democrat Gavin Newsom has done little to actually help these people get back on their feet and off the streets, he just panders to his far-left base that would rather just provide the homeless with free, “safe” drugs.

But on his recent visit to Oakland, CA, karma hit Gavin Newsom right in the face.

He was approached by a homeless man.

Seconds later, the man chucked a full water bottle at the governor, smacking Newsom right in the Kisser.

Apparently, that’s about the only way a vagrant gets arrested in Democrat strongholds, as the man was promptly thrown in cuffs and charged for assault.

California Highway Patrol released a statement about the incident, stating “This morning, the Governor was approached by an aggressive individual. Members of the Governor’s security detail removed the Governor from the situation and the individual was arrested by CHP officers.”

You have to wonder how many of the few remaining level-headed Californians quietly questioned why it was only the first time someone did what this homeless guy did to Newsom.

Biden’s Anti-Constitutional Speech Gets Him Nowhere Fast

Months ago, Joe Biden called on Congress to pass extreme gun control laws. Biden’s desire to restrict and discourage a major constitutional amendment is more than just unlawful. Today, millions of Americans own a firearm for their protection. Last year alone saw millions of new gun owners, thanks to worries about the pandemic and, you know, that whole Democrat-run “defund the police” thing.

Now is the time for leaders to foster intelligent, safe gun ownership. It’d be stupid not to, considering just how many Americans are now armed. But what is Biden doing? Yesterday he went on a rant attacking patriotic gun owners–and made odd, wild claims about them “taking on the government.”

Narrow ruling victory for ex-cheerleader Brandi Levy, says schools maintain some authority to regulate student speech off-campus

The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled 8-1 that a Pennsylvania high school was in the wrong when it kicked a cheerleader off of her team for a profane Snapchat post that she made off of school grounds.

Student speech advocates will likely claim the ruling as a victory, although it was very narrow. The court ruled that while schools do maintain some interest in regulating students' off-campus speech, the factors in the case of the cheerleader, Brandi Levy, weighed against the school's actions.
