I kept the appointment, just as last time.
It was promising to be a good experience, but no.
Once again, my insurance was no good.
This happened before, remember?
The System, on its own or by human design, changed my address to
Los Angeles County....AGAIN!
That is the snag-starter. My carrier changes to the facilities in the Hi Desert
from the facilities in town.
I'm sorry, I'm trying to make this simple to understand.
From the Boss reception box, where the mean lady gave me the bad news, I took a stroll to the Business Office where I went 3 months ago about the same problem.
That time, I was required to submit income info and I did, via snail mail.
It worked. I was in.
I went to Dr. Mindy, no problem.
Now, at the Biz Box, I spoke with a young lady behind window Number One.. I did most of the talking, ya see?
I explained the issue, said this is a repeat, and then I asked "Is this usual"?
She answered in the affirmative, yes this happens a lot (to other people).
She handed me a printout from the ether, with mostly useless info for me.
In the course of chatting, an older woman got in with it, saying my name, as if she knew me and did from phone calls earlier in my troubled life, and that the problem is my address and blarrdy-blar. She was more combative than customer friendly.
I asked her "Is this usual"? and she said "NO."
Fckn BUSTED, lady!
I talked on the phone with a service rep about this 2 years ago and she admitted
that the system is flawed and don't know why.
I think it's a manifestation of GANG STALKING.
How da-HELL can this happen?
Let that sink in.
So, I made the call to TAD, the HQ for all the Medical Welfare Accounts, told the facts, the rep saw it, said call the bigger HQ on Tuesday.
I'm at Saturday night right now.
Does any of this strike anyone as being a sad story of modern times?
